Marius Ziska

With his dreamy and imaginative melodies that lodge themselves in your mind from the first listen, Marius Ziska is the perfect guide to the contemporary Faroese music scene and all its charms. Swaying on his vessel of sound and exploring folk roots and fluid electronic influences, he makes poetry the mainsail, which is swollen with emotion amid melancholic mists and rays of sunshine on the horizon of majestic cliffs.

Mali Hâf

With beats and compositions balancing rhythmic candour and minimalist silences with bombastic synthesizers and R&B sounds, this explosive artist from Cardiff is making her mark on the European pop scene. She emphasises the originality and value of Welsh culture through authentic notes and narrative research, from her female reinterpretation of the Welsh anthem to songs reflecting the personal and artistic growth of her generation.

No Good meets Passion

The ultimate collaboration that the Friuli scene had been waiting for, Passion’s poetic and sometimes prophetic lyrics, arranged with No Good’s devastating attitude, feature riffs that will make you jump out of your seats, as well as social criticism and political responsibility. A memoir of the most discouraging current events, but with verses that cry out in revolt and act as a jackhammer wake-up call.

Shardana

This year, Sardinian history and culture will be explored through the epic and intense use of the Campidanese variety of the Sardinian language, combining screams with lyrical depth. Drawing in the audience with their dark and powerful sounds, the band will recount the authentic traditions of the seafaring people from whom they take their name, celebrating their deeds and values.
