This intense documentary recalls the experience of Sumé, the first Greenlander rock band singing in Inuit, between 1973 and 1976. Their songs talked about identity, memory, oppression and they are usually the background for cultural and political awakening of Greenland. They might have ignited the process of self-determination, leading to redefine the relationship between Greenland and Denmark.
